Turning the Dream Home into a Smart Home
In 2023, the Intelligent Living team turned the Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home into a smart home. We designed, installed and programmed automation for this 14,000 square foot, three story home in Zionsville’s Holliday Farms. This modern show home includes outdoor living space with an in-ground pool, hot tub, and putting green.
Dream Home Living Room
The living room overlooks Holliday Farms Pete Dye golf course. Entertaining is easy in a smart home. Ambiance is preset with lighting, music, and automated fireplaces.
Loxone Control Pad
Control your smart home using this Loxone control pad. The Dream Home has 67 touch control switches.

There are six automated fireplaces in this three story 14,000 square foot home.

This undermount kitchen island Loxone panel controls lighting and the sound system.
Dining Room
Imagine setting the perfect ambiance for your dinner party using the Loxone app. Preset lighting, music, fireplaces, heating/cooling for your guests.

Smart home features extend to this relaxation room. It's stressfree setting up lights and sound for a massage or yoga session.

This second floor family room features one of the home's 29 smart televisions. Hallway lighting to the bathroom is automated for those late night trips downstairs.

Automated lighting in the bathrooms provides undermount illumination and backlit mirrors.

Take control of your home from your bedroom using this bedside touch control switch.
Bedroom relaxation
The bedroom features one of 29 smart televisions in the home. The fireplace can be lit on cool nights using the Loxone smart home app.

This is one of six Dream Home bedrooms that's a smart bedroom. Program lights along with heating/cooling to turn on/off when you enter/exit. Program ambiance for time of day and season.

Smart Home Theater Room
This state-of-the-art micro–LED display theater features a star field ceiling, with an 11.2.4 Dolby Atmos system surround sound system (that’s 15 speakers and two subwoofers). Settle into theater seating featuring transducers that react to what’s on the big screen (think shaking while watching dinosaurs walk in Jurassic Park).

The Dream Home has the ultimate entertaining setting that includes this automated lighting bourbon and cigar room.
Ultimate entertainment
The lower level features two bars with smart lighting and sound systems. The one shown here opens onto the pool deck. Multiple smart TVs are strategically positioned, so guest don't miss a Sunday football play.
Relax, you’re in control
Use the Loxone app to light the fireplace and turn on a classic movie to have a beautiful, relaxing evening.

The infinity pool overlooks the Holliday Farm's Pete Dye golf course. Enjoy outdoor living made easy using the Loxone app to control lights, televisions, music, firepits and more.
