Let There be (updated) Light
The Intelligent Living Solutions team updated the obsolete Lite Touch lighting system in the iconic central Ohio home conceived by architect Bart Prince. The former automated lighting system was replaced by a Loxone system.
Turning the Dream Home into a Smart Home
In 2023, the Intelligent Living team turned the Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home into a smart home. We designed, installed and programmed automation for this 14,000 square foot, three story home in Zionsville’s Holliday Farms.

As we worked with clients to design and plan their homes and offices, they wanted to see and experience what automation really means, so we created a one-bedroom smart home center that showcases creative possibilities. The 1,500 square foot Experience Center showroom features Loxone technology.
