The Intelligent Living Solutions team updated the obsolete Lite Touch lighting system in the iconic central Ohio home conceived by architect Bart Prince. The former automated lighting system was replaced by a Loxone system.

In 2023, the Intelligent Living team turned the Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home into a smart home. We designed, installed and programmed automation for this 14,000 square foot, three story home in Zionsville’s Holliday Farms.

This beautiful two-story home in Zionsville’s quaint Village was built for family living. The homeowners purchased and rebuilt integrating lighting, security, AV and automation features inside and outside the home.

As we worked with clients to design and plan their homes and offices, they wanted to see and experience what automation really means, so we created a one-bedroom smart home center that showcases creative possibilities. The 1,500 square foot Experience Center showroom features Loxone technology.

When Scott Bates, owner of Christopher Scott Homes, a Central Indiana homebuilder, was building his own home, he turned to Intelligent Living Solutions to bring smart automation to his fingertips. Scott wanted his entire home automated from the ground up.
