Automated in and out
This beautiful two-story home in Zionsville’s quaint Village was built for family living. The homeowners purchased and rebuilt integrating lighting, security, AV and automation features inside and outside the home. The result is a comfortable, sleek and beautiful home where they can relax, enjoy and make memories for years to come.

The home was built with curb appeal and neighbors living in close proximity in mind. Exterior lighting and security systems are designed for safety, but cameras and lights are designed intentional, so they don’t intrude on the next-door neighbor’s home and privacy.

Automated LED lighting strips provide a pathway whether going up or down the stairs and show off the beauty of the brick wall.

The interior smart home automation system allows the family to control lights, music and other home features.

Windows are accented by automated shades (bottom up for privacy) that sense time of day and season to automatically adjust and help heating and cooling costs. The homeowner can program their preferences and raise or lower the shades to override the system, if needed.

The basement area of the home includes a theater system for family nights in.

Automated lighting in the basement was built into unique fixtures including the jeep headlights behind the game table.

Under sink water sensors alert the family if there’s a leak. The alerts can be customized through the sound system and/or an alert on a device through the app.

LED strips under the master vanity not only provide ambiance but also can be automated to turn on during those trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Grill counter tops have built in surface controls to turn on lights and music on the patio.
